At Velora, every canvas print is produced to order. We want you to love what you hang on your wall — here is how returns and refunds work.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at getrichordietrying270@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You do not need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask you to.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us by email within the 14-day period. Return the item unused, in its original condition and packaging, to the address we provide. The cost of return shipping is borne by you. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Wrong or lost orders
If you received the wrong item, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
