All artworks sold on this site are textured, impasto-style prints on canvas, produced to order. Slight variations in colour and texture may occur compared to what you see on screen, due to display settings and the handcrafted character of the printing process. Frames shown in product photos are not included and appear for illustration purposes only.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout. Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email.

4. Shipping

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you reside.

Consumers in Romania may address complaints to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC). EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
