Production

Every canvas is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Delivery times and costs

We ship worldwide. Typical total delivery time (production + transit) is 1–2 weeks. Shipping is free on orders over €50; for smaller orders the shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves production.

Customs and import duties

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Address errors and lost packages

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If your tracking shows no movement or your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at getrichordietrying270@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
